At Family Helpers of Greater New Orleans, Inc., all personal care attendants and caregivers are required to wear a mask at all times when interacting with clients and their family members. We also check the temperature of our staff and clients as well as look for any COVID-19 symptoms. Should their temperature be higher than 101°F (38°C), the stay-at-home protocol will be immediately implemented to avoid unnecessary risks. Should they experience any of the COVID-19 symptoms, they are required to notify our agency and their healthcare provider immediately. They are also required to follow all the preventive measures recommended by the CDC and WHO.
